The Survival of the West Hangs by a Thread

survival west islam

by Andreas Andrianopoulos

For the purposes of my new book on Azerbaijan, I talked some time ago with a modest but loyal Muslim of the community of Abu Bekri, in Baku, who did not mince words:

“Here in Azerbaijan we provide a real oasis of moderation and calm. But things are not everywhere and forever so. You in the West,” he noted with emphasis, “think things through your own religious and cultural values and perceptions. That’s why you usually don’t understand what is happening.”

“But we react with humanism and by promoting tolerance,” I retorted.

“This exactly is your problem. Muslims in the West are not incorporated in your lifestyle and in your own values and principles. And they react in their own way, keeping unquenchable their perceptions about others as well as hate that surges within them. For instance, you use humanism with the refugees, but you attract terrorist brutality and murder — simply because you’re Westerners and not Muslims. You must understand a few fundamental Islamic principles, which no Muslim devout to the traditions can repudiate, wherever he is. For instance, the principle of ‘movement’ (chaiziria). According to the Qur’an and many ‘Hadid’ (acts and interpretations of the application of the rules) is a sacred duty for every believer the relocation in places around the globe which, in whole or in part, are not controlled by Islam. Based on the instructions of ‘Da’oua,’ which consist in a kind of Islamic requirement, all of them have to work to spread the message of Islam and the establishment of an Islamic state.”

“You mean to say that the flow of immigrants or refugees happens according to a plan for the undermining from within of the Western Christian countries?”

“What I am saying is that, regardless of intent, the scriptures guide the faithful Muslim in such behavior. In one way or another, all have to join, they and the world in which they live in ‘Dar al Islam,’ that is in the world of God. As long as you insist and speak about humanism, reception of refugees in an open manner, and with aim their smooth assimilation, they will continue to work for the gradual imposition of Sharia (Islamic law) and the subjugation of Kafiri (infidels). Moreover, in times of tensions, this target may take the form of terrorist movements and armed conflicts. The whole world constitutes, potentially, an extension of the power of Islam. The jihad (struggle) for its enforcement can take any form (and is entitled to do so).”

Unfortunately, the West has its eyes shut. By responding with reason and with its liberal humanism, the West signs its own death sentence. The atrocities in Paris constitute only the start of a series of such heinous acts. We ourselves hatch the snake that prepares to kill us. I would recommend two striking books. The German Mujahedin and Submission describe precisely what is happening in Western Islamic-controlled neighborhoods.

Unfortunately, the West has its eyes shut. By responding with reason and with its liberal humanism, the West signs its own death sentence.

The problem is Islam itself, not simply the terrorists. I will note a few things to justify my opinion:

  • Have you ever seen any mobilization of “moderate” Muslims in the entire Western world against the atrocities committed by fanatics? Has not this strange silence bothered you?
  • Why did the flow of refugees from the war zones toward the West take such great proportions in recent months? The war in Syria began in 2010 – 2011. Why now? Is it perhaps connected with the statement by the leader of the Islamic Caliphate in February 2015 that “we will flood the West with migrants till we will dominate in these societies from within,” that this predominant message of Islam is carried through?
  • Are all Muslims obliged or not obliged to follow, as soon as a need arises, the message of Muhammad (through the Qur’an and the Hadid [sacred teachings]) to move (Al Hijira) so that the areas of unbelievers be occupied and flooded from within?
  • They must, however, show that they are submissive and obedient in order to be able to mobilize and implement the Sharia. Already in regions that have significantly large numbers they require changes in local customs and practices. Thus in Dusseldorf they achieved just last week the elimination in the schools of the Christian feast of St. Martin and its renaming to “Celebration of Light”; in Munich last October they asked for the repeal of Octoberfest because women drink beer publicly; in Montgomery County US three years ago, they demanded—and achieved—the abolition of the Christmas tree; while in areas of France they demand that in supermarkets Muslims be excluded from handling alcoholic beverages and pork for customer service.
  • Why are no refugees from Syria, Eritrea and Afghanistan moved to affluent Muslim countries of Arabia and the Gulf, but all of them move en masse to Europe? They have moved only to Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt, where their survival is impossible economically, so they are stored in camps in order to be moved later—towards Europe!!!

Europe continues to believe it will solve all of its problems by buying its way out of any crisis. With this logic and mentality it did nothing after the massacres in Madrid, London and previous criminal activities in Paris. Filling with Muslims, all of whom deeply believe in the future dominance of Islam, independently of the manner they are received, the question of internal subversion continues to exist.

Airstrikes will in no way provide the solution; they have not provided one yet. Only if we join the Russian logic to tackle the Caliphate with strikes from the ground can something be accomplished. The Russian logic is clear. Using the forces of Assad—who are Alevis and have no problem to locate and crush the Sunnis of ISIS, and Iranians (again Shiites), and Shiite militias from Iraq, to achieve a response to the dictates of Salafists and the extermination of the brutal murderers of the Caliphate.

Diplomatically Greece should demand from our partners and NATO the requirement of our allied countries to cut all aid and economic relationship with countries that either do not accept return of the migrants to their territories (for instance in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Somalia, Eritrea, etc.) or cessation of any (mainly economic) relationship with countries that support the extremists (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Emirates).

Europe’s leaders still worry about whether we have well organized infrastructure to receive refugees!!! No one worries about tomorrow. What are the prospects or the objectives of these people? Democracy will not be endangered by our rage. It is squashed by the contempt of its principles and the persistence of migratory masses to impose their own values and principles. Instead of being integrated into the European culture, the immigrants / refugees demand to incorporate the European culture into their own! And in those cases where Europe objects, crimes against ordinary people are committed in the name of Allah.

The primary obligation of every nation towards history and its dead is war in defense of itself—in order to defeat the enemy until complete success is achieved. The West, however, still refuses to react in this manner. And raised voices are now being heard of its responsibilities towards these developments. What responsibilities? When did Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Spain and many other countries colonize the Middle East? Don’t forget our history with the Muslims, how we waged battles in Andalucia, in Poitiers, in Taranto, in Budapest and in Vienna to ward off the conquering armies of Islam.

The survival of the West now literally hangs by a thread—and it does not seem to realize it. Giounker seems ready to pinch the cheeks of Al-Baghdadi if he would encounter him!! He seems ready to support him, if necessary, even financially…

We already live off the fumes of the achievements of our ancestors, and of those who fought and died for the cause of freedom and individual rights.

The thread is already weakened. And time is running out…

Charlie Hebdo: Freedom out of Bounds?

charlie hebdo freedom out of bounds
The U.S. media described the more than three million marchers in Paris and other cities of France as a right of free expression. However, in the rest of the world the march was described for what it was: No to terrorism. The whole world came together in solidarity to give a response to terrorism, in an expression of outrage and of a firm stand against extremism.

Ironically, Charlie Hebdo, the satirical weekly magazine, has itself maintained an extreme form of free expression, lashing in an offensive way against whatever and whoever stands to the right of its extreme left-wing radicalism. Called “irreverent” by the Washington Post, it inveighs against religion and established values. No wonder it was banned three times when even the liberal French society could not tolerate such extreme forms of “free expression.”

Unbridled freedom without bounds is anarchy.

Publication of offensive caricatures of prophet Muhammad caused uproar among the Muslim population back in 2006 and again in 2011. This is not an exercise of free expression, but an abuse of freedom, which was rightly condemned for inflaming passions.

“Anything that can hurt the convictions of someone else, in particular religious convictions, should be avoided,” French President Jacques Chirac had stated. Still, in the end, the paper was exonerated of racism.

To joke, mock, caricature and satirize religious figures has boundaries of decency, respect and the rights of the personalities it lambasts. Unbridled freedom without bounds is anarchy, and it should not be and is not totally tolerated in any society, if that society is to be and remain healthy. One’s rights may infringe upon the rights of another. Rights without accountability, obligations and responsibilities will clash with the rights of others and will create chaos.

Have you looked at the cartoons of the publication? They are shameful, graphic, obscene, lurid, defamatory and sick. The caricatures of the most sacred images of the Christian faith and of other faiths are appalling, particularly of Christ and of the Holy Trinity. There is no justification for them. If society tolerates this kind of “free expression” it only reveals how deeply sick and degenerate it has become.

In expressing our disapproval of the obnoxious form of satire by this publication we obviously do not condone in any way the acts of terrorism taken by those who felt offended by it. We lament the loss of life and abhor any form of violence, but we also deplore the irreverent, incendiary, intentionally harmful and provocative publication.

Complete freedom, along with true love and joy that accompany it, exists only where one’s individual rights are willingly and knowingly surrendered in voluntary obedience to an agreed upon wise and benevolent authority.

Islam: Compatible with the Western World?

is islam compatible with western world 9-11

Reflections on the 13th anniversary of 9/11

ISIS has been in the daily news for the past few months, and will continue to be for a long time to come. ISIS needs to be confronted and stopped. But that’s not the problem. The problem is with Islam and the Koran. As long as there are followers of the Koran there will be turmoil. As we commemorate 9/11, I wonder if the west has learned what it means to be Moslem. The west was fooled with “Arab Spring.” Even after its sinister turn, the west has still to learn its lesson. Al Qaeda came and was eclipsed by ISIS, whose goal is the establishment of an Islamic State. What does it take to wake up and perceive the threat Islam poses for the west, for the security and the values of our country?

Islam is simply irreconcilable with western values. So the obvious question is, why is Islam accepted by the west? Why respect a violent and backward religion that wants to establish itself by force upon the non-Moslem world? Why be silent about the most intolerant religion the world has known, whose law, sharia, makes the lives even of those living under its rule intolerable? Sharia tolerates slavery, condemns to death by stoning or beheading, punishes by amputating limbs and by flogging, forbids any public display of other religions while putting to death those who criticize Islam, allows men to beat their wives at will, and so many other horrific practices, unacceptable by the civilized world.

Do not listen to Moslems living in the west, who attempt to deny these charges as untrue. Islam allows Moslems to lie and deceive in order to promote their religion. They act hypocritically to soft sell their archaic, barbaric, cruel and ruthless religion. Islam was established through violence and is a religion of violence, surviving through violence—not through peace. Don’t be fooled. Islam is incompatible with western values and is undemocratic. Correctly the European Court of Human Rights has determined that “sharia is incompatible with the fundamental principles of democracy.” So what does it take to stand up? Are we waiting for suicide bombers to hit our streets and schools?

Jihad that started with Mohammed will not be over until the last of “infidels” has been converted to Islam. According to Islam we are infidels. Especially America. With 9/11 the war came to our soil. Since then we don’t feel safe in our own country. And 9/11 is not over. It is revived with every staged, public beheading that utilizes the modern social media to spread its dark message of fear and terror. What we are up against is a ruthless, violent religion that fanaticizes its followers. ISIS is just one of its ugly heads. When one head is cut off another one emerges, as it happened with Lernaia Hydra, the nine-headed serpent of ancient Greek mythology, finally subdued by Hercules.

Many Christians believe Islam is a monotheistic religion, not so different from our own. Islam is unlike any other religion. It is a system that embraces every aspect of human life, spiritual and worldly, private and public, educational, economic and political. The ultimate goal of Islam is the establishment of a worldwide theocracy, and they are willing to die as martyrs to establish it in the world. We Christians have our martyrs too who died for their faith. Their martyrs die by taking innocent lives with them. On this anniversary we hear of reports that Islamist militants stole 11 jetliners in Libya. If it is true, it should send chills down the spines of government officials around the globe, especially our own.

The Christian west has had its share of violence as well: from the crusades of the Middle Ages to the modern day wars in the Middle East. Although the Orthodox Christian East has not been immune of violence, it is innocent of both barbarities. The Christian East expanded with the cross, symbol of sacrificial love, whereas Islam was established with the sword and the scimitar, proudly displayed in several Moslem state flags. If you know any Moslems who are good people it’s in spite of their religion, not because of it. The head of our faith, Jesus Christ, says, “Pick up your cross and follow Me,” while the founder of Islam, Prophet Mohammed, says, “Draw your swords and kill the infidels.”

What plan of action then should we pursue? Return evil with evil? Bomb them all, until they are completely eliminated? Ban them? Deport them? I think our priority should be to protect and defend our country and our western society and its values. But while doing that we should also increase our awareness about the true aims of this religion that foments hate against anyone who does not embrace their faith and way of life. We should promote peace and tolerance towards everyone. But they need to do the same. Learn about the faith in the God of love and compassion, taught to us by His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, who died to give us His life, so that we may live with Him everlastingly.

UPDATE 9/10/14

I don’t know where I’ve been. The day after the publication of my blog on Islam I “discovered” “Brother Rachid,” who basically has the same message as mine: the problem is not ISIS (or ISIL), but Islam. “Brother Rachid,” is a former Muslim from Morocco who converted to Christianity and became a Christian Evangelist dedicated to converting Muslims to Christianity. For safety reasons he does not use his real name. Check the four websites below, but listen especially to his message to President Obama.

Who is “Brother Rachid”? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brother_Rachid

His message to President Obama (Sept. 4, 2014). Also read article by David Huntwork (Sept. 5, 2014) that appears at the end of the video. http://www.teapartytribune.com/2014/09/05/brother-rachid-a-message-to-president-obama-from-a-former-muslim/
