Did you receive the correct item undamaged, but turned out to be not what you wanted? You can return the item for store credit – or – exchange it for a new item. If returning for store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. If exchanging, we will cover the return shipping and charge you for shipping the new item. Discounted items may not be returned or exchanged.
Did you receive a damaged item or an item different than what you ordered? Your options are to 1) keep it and accept a partial refund, 2) return it for a full refund, or 3) return it and receive the correct item. We will cover all shipping costs.
