New Psalter translation

For the past 8 years, we have been working on an all-new English translation of the Psalter from the Septuagint. At the same time, we have been working on an updated Greek Psalter (revised punctuation, capitalization, line breaks). God willing, we will make these two texts available to the public later this year.

This project includes:
- English translation for liturgical use
- Paraphrase translation
- English and Greek texts as printed books
- English and Greek texts for web browsers (including offline use), options to include:
- choice of language
- choice of line breaks
- choice of font
- choice of theme
- option to view quotes from the Fathers
- option to view translator’s notes
- Greek grammar notes and Psalter lexicon
- Restored Icon of King David, to be made available mounted or laminated.
We may also open an online forum for serious questions and answers concerning the Psalms, the Septuagint, etc.
More details about this work to follow.
